They started placing order before several years, First our terms of payment is T/T with 30% deposit, 70% against the copy of B/L, after several orders, They required to open account, we inquired with China Export Credit Insurance Corporation, and gave them 50 days after B/L, they also paid on time, later they started paying a long time, And change company name again and again. finally, we reported this thing to China Export Credit Insurance Corporation. Now, these companies are in blacklist of China Export Credit Insurance Corporation. Till now they still owe us more than $40000 and don't want to pay after we requested and urged, again and again, Please pay more attention to these companies and their brands. Don't be the victim again.
(2019-2021)
They may order the same products in large quantities at the same time from several suppliers, especially when the market looks good. Their placing order is without any management, and it obviously not well planned. When containers from different suppliers arrived at the New York Port, they refuse to make payment. Before that, they may check again and again with you for the payment, invoice amount, and may say it is not matching with what they received. they make you feel they are not good at numbers but it is just the way they delay. They will never tell you that their sales are going down or give you any hint that you should hold your horses. They will push you to speed up the production and their sales are strong(they are inveterate liars). They disappear (you can never find them by email or calling) when huge numbers of containers arrived.
At least 15 suppliers are the new victim, one, three, or up to 7 containers staying at the port. The suppliers have to give up the containers to the US custom for the accumulated costs. No mention of the great manufactured products that they have left at the factory places. Factories will have to spend much energy to clear the items and pay a huge cost for this lesson. The money was created by day and night's hard work.
We believe they will continue their business and of course, they will find their next victim in China in near future. As of now, they are on the blacklist of Sinosure but if you are not careful, you will be their next target.
